What is life? Life is nothing, life is being, being is absolute, spiritual, transcendent to the universe of relativity in which it merely exists. Life is the image of absolute being, the immaterial, spiritual, infinite nothingness within which the universe is expanding, inflating. An image of the absolute, to fully mirror the absolute, must itself be absolute and be one with the transcendent being of the absolute. The individual soul may be viewed as an appearance of this eternal spirit within the material universe and must yearn to be nothing.
