This is good news!

Death is not absolute! This is good news! It means that death cannot be the end of life, since life is absolute and transcends existence and its relative categories, the temporal and the finite, where death is confined and where it is, in fact, the most powerful expression of the negative in the actuality of existence that exists over against the reality of being, which is absolute and positive.

It is, of course, an article of faith that life and being transcends existence and becoming. Life is a positive force, absolute and spiritual, which the negative in existence opposes.

“The ability of the self, an individual and negative image of the soul of absolute being, to rebound from reflection in repetition and reshape the actuality of nature in that image is inextricably related to the establishment of the negative in existence. The projection of a self-image negates the immediate and innocent relationship with the singularity of absolute being, which is positive, and establishes a reflective relationship with the duality of existence and its relative categories, positive and negative, in the edifice of pagan civilization within the temporal and finite universe. Self-expression is thus an expression of the individual soul’s guilty relationship with the world. The highest task of the individual soul within the universe is to express in consciousness its own absolute being, the being of the absolute, subjecting its existence to the transcendent reality of being. The physical universe appears to the existential human consciousness as an expression in lower dimensions of the higher dimensions of being and a consciousness of the absolute appears as the highest form of consciousness, revealed as transcendent to the physical universe and thereby infinite and eternal. The seed of consciousness implanted in the universe is able to transcend the physical limitations of form, passed on through generation, which delineate existence. The existential expansion of consciousness through faith in the absoluteness of all being becomes the direction of the evolution of life within the universe.

The ability to distinguish between universals and the absolute, between a relative actuality and an absolute reality, is surely a leap in the development of human consciousness, a consciousness which is confined within an intellectual existence where everything is relative. There are multiple relative actualities but only one absolute reality, which absolute can exist only once within the universe, if it exists at all, and where it can only be an object of faith.

The immediately aware soul perceives only the relative actuality of nature, without reflection in the categories of thought, the positive and the negative, good and evil, that define the duality of existence and unconscious of the absolute categories of spirit that express the unity of being. When immediacy is annulled by reflection the soul becomes self-conscious and loses itself in a maze of human invention. This edifice of ethnic and cultural tradition embodies the history of time that began with the fall into reflection and is devoid of consciousness of the absolute categories of being. To enter the reality of being the soul must reject relativity and embrace a consciousness of faith in the absolute categories, in the infinite and eternal void, evolving as a spiritual being with a consciousness that transcends the intellectual categories of existence and the temporal and finite universe.

The physical universe is as an expression in lower dimensions of higher dimensions of being. The absolute consciousness of being is the highest consciousness, revealed as the infinite void within which the universe is inflating. This absolute consciousness of being must be an article of faith to the growing consciousness of human being and the expansion of consciousness the direction of the evolution of life within the universe. The seed of consciousness implanted in the universe transcends the physical limitations of form that delineate existence and is passed on through generation. Increased consciousness is not a means to an end but an end in and of itself, not to be achieved in order to manipulate the physical universe but in order to transcend the physical universe which has a beginning and therefore will have an end, while the absolute consciousness of being is eternal and infinite.

Humanism, the belief that human beings and their societies are perfectible within the universe of relativity by their own efforts, lacks the faith in absolute being necessary for the subjective comprehension of the infinite and eternal void and can only conceive objectively a universe that is finite and temporal, the idea of the spatial actuality of time past. Faith in the reality of the absolute categories, which is transcendent to the intellectual consciousness of existence and its categories and transports the believer into the eternal moment of being, therefore annuls humanism. This reveals the ultimate power of the absolute, which is, to annul the negative in existence. The negative exists but has no reality and has its existence only in relationship to the void, which is absolute and positive. This relative existence of the negative, over against the positive, forms the actuality of the universe, confined within its own relativity of space and time. When the absolute void annuls the negative in existence the universe of relativity, of space and time, must cease to exist.

where I am !

Where I am !
I am, of course, in Alaska, where I came for a brief interlude eleven years ago and where I remain. Alaska is on the planet Earth, the Earth is in the physical universe and the physical universe, where everything is relative, finite and temporal, is in the void which is absolute, infinite and eternal. The void cannot be sensually apprehended or even intellectually apprehended other than following a movement of conscious faith. The void is also, I believe, present at the core of my being, a spiritual presence which renders my being an absolute, infinite and eternal being. The universe is not so. My being transcends the universe and places me in the void. I am, in the void!

Being in truth

Pagan consciousness is confined within the relative categories of existence and cannot acknowledge the reality described by the absolute categories of being. Neither can pagans develop a proper understanding of nature, which is the expression of undetermined being, since they introduce objectivity and reflection into an actuality that can only be truly apprehended subjectively and immediately, which is to say, as the present moment. Pagan humanism lacks the faith in absolute being necessary for the subjective comprehension of the void of spiritual being as infinite and eternal so can only objectively apprehend a universe that is finite and temporal, conceived as the actuality of space and time. Faith in the reality of the absolute categories, which transcends the intellectual consciousness of existence and its categories and transports the believer into the redeemed life of being, annuls paganism. The pagan takes offense at faith’s denial of the moral legitimacy of his intellectual inventions and willfully refuses to acknowledge the truth of absolute being.

The motion of matter within the expanding universe posits the existence of both space and time, and time posits a beginning and an end of space. At the beginning, there could have been no matter since there was no space in which matter could exist. The first atom of matter therefore posits space and the second atom of matter posits linear time. As matter expands, space expands and time measures precisely this expansion of space. Space precedes time, the first moment of time measuring the appearance of the second atom of space. Linear time did not begin at the first moment of the existence of space, which was not a moment of time but the eternal moment of the infinite void. The beginning of the ongoing process of the formation of the physical universe, whether it began with an atom of immense mass containing all of the density of matter that ever will be present in the physical universe as is postulated in the first theoretical law of thermodynamics, or whether it began with a simple atom of hydrogen containing one proton and one electron which divided and reproduced itself while continuing to disintegrate and associate into the various combinations of protons and electrons that make up the heavier elements expanding the universe of space in time within the infinite void, the beginning of this process is the beginning of a finite and temporal universe and not the beginning of the eternal void, which can have no beginning in time since it contains no space where physical matter could exist and time could come into play. The physical universe is a temporal space within which everything is relative, that came into existence within an eternal, infinite and absolute void. The physical theorists of academia also posit an infinite vacuum as the ground in which the universe began and posit the beginning of the universe of form as an inflationary moment that occurred before linear time began. This inflationary moment and this vacuum is, of course, the void of absolute being within which the physical universe came into existence, an eternal moment and an infinite void to which the expansion of the universe can only aspire and which it can never attain.
